I want you to be happy and recharged in your life! I'm a professional firefighter/medic and mother of five. I have completed several marathons and ultramarathons and I am now training for a full season of triathlons. I also fulfill one of my dreams by volunteering my time as a director at CampBlaze-a leadership camp for teenage girls that takes place in Seattle, Washington.

What an exciting time in my life! I'm expecting my first grandchild this spring! I have three grown children-two sons and a daughter. I have worked for Virginia's Positive Hits 89.9 &90.5 radio station since 2002 as the promotions and marketing director. I enjoy vegetable gardening, biking and walking. I'm passionate about helping others!
