Our retreats are quick weekend getaways to "recharge" your life's
batteries.
We sometimes get stuck on our goals, have taken on
new and seemingly impossible goals or just need inspiration (particularly as
women). During our retreat we meet new friends, eat healthy, exercise,
and create a step-by-step plan to achieve our goals. We also address the fears and limiting beliefs that prevent us from obtaining our goals and happiness.

Every participant receives a free two month training plan customized to their own goals.
These goals can be anything- financial, relationship, fitness, personal.
